The Alliance for the Chesapeake Bay, a client of mine, is seeking a seasoned communicator to serve as communications director for the Chesapeake Bay program, a public-private partnership dedicated to cleaning up its namesake estuary. The ideal candidate has “an affinity for communicating technical/scientific issues to a non-technical audience,” and will be responsible for a mix of public relations, online, and print publishing activities.

A great cause, plenty of travel opportunities, a salary in the $60s, and a nice waterfront office location for good measure. Good luck with this great opportunity!
