Ok, this picture has been sitting on my computer since August. It’s Office Depot apologizing in a nice way for how hot the store was. Note deft use of “responsible,” a word that works, and “like you” — a nod in the direction of “doing your part” and “doing our part.”

Kelly – I wondered that for a moment too, but noticed that Environmental Writing Guy got the picture in August. I bet they were talking about the air conditioner, not the heater. cheers
